Scope your space and build your new HOMCUBE in four easy steps.

Identify Your Location

A single HOMCUBE requires 750-square-feet of space. For multi-unit configurations, our New Home Consultants can help you determine space needs. You’ll also need to work with local housing authorities to obtain the necessary permits for placement of your HOMCUBE on the property.

Choose Your HOMCUBE

Once you’ve identified your space needs, building your HOMCUBE begins with selecting a 300-square-foot, single unit plan. From there, you can choose to expand your cube with more living, sleeping or working spaces by adding on additional units. HOMCUBE’s unique modular design allows you to build for the future, should you decide to expand your footprint with add-on HOMCUBES at a later time.
